Job summary

RPC is seeking a Training Programme Manager to partner with client L&D leads, shaping innovative learning solutions and ensuring flawless rollout of training initiatives. You will manage multiple projects, lead budgets, and guide teams with a consultative, oversight-driven approach.

Travel to client sites is required; a degree in business or related fields is expected, with several years in training, development, or project management.

Qualifications

• Completed degree in business administration, social sciences or a comparable field.
• Several years of professional experience in training and development, project management or event management.
• Proven track record in managing complex projects for external clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee training projects across multiple brands and clients with operational and financial oversight.
• Lead budget planning for training programmes, including margins, milestones and delivery.
• Act as primary client contact, guiding activities and ensuring high-quality service.
• Manage resources and facilitate workshops, sessions and programme activities.
• Present updates, results, and insights to stakeholders and clients.
• Negotiate terms with external training partners and clients.
• Oversee invoices and validate charges from training providers.
• Provide leadership to project teams and support their development.
• Foster engagement and motivation to deliver training initiatives successfully.
