Formación

• Experienced NHS Consultant with understanding of Acute Medicine training across the region.
• Strong leadership and communication skills and ability to work in a multi‑professional team.
• Experience in education development and workforce transformation would be advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead on the development of the School's Recruitment and Retention Strategy.
• Contribute to supporting the School Operational Programme.
• Member of the School Board and participate in multi‑professional collaborations.
