Qualifications

• Lead the delivery of specialty training in Paediatrics in London in line with NHSE guidance.
• Ensure national standards set by GMC and Royal College are met in training.
• Work with the Head of School and STC to manage recruitment, progression and quality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Specialty Training Committee duties and reports.
• Oversee the regional training programme and advise on trainee concerns.
• Develop educational and workforce development plans, supervision and assessment processes.
