Responsibilities

• Support the Head of School in the strategic development of the School of Medicine.
• Lead on the development of the School’s Recruitment and Retention Strategy and support the School Operational Programme.
• Be a member of the School Board and contribute to educational governance.
• Focus on learner supervision, assessment and experience, engage faculty, and drive workforce transformation across the multi-professional landscape.
