Qualifications

• FIBMS eligibility and HCPC registration required.
• MSc in Biomedical Science or equivalent is essential.
• HCPC registration as Biomedical Scientist is required for practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of education, training and competency frameworks across the network.
• Ensure workforce development plans meet current and future service demands and regulatory standards.
• Establish sustainable training pipelines and support PDPs and succession planning.
