Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years post-registration experience as a Biomedical Scientist.
• Experience in training technical/scientific areas.

Responsibilities

• Oversee audits, incident management, quality improvement initiatives and staff competency frameworks.
• Analyse quality performance data and prepare governance reports.
• Contribute to strategic development of Histopathology services.
• Coordinate external inspections (UKAS/HTA) and drive corrective actions.
