Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or HND in Agricultural subject or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in Sales & Marketing within agriculture or machinery sectors.
• Full clean driving licence; willingness to travel across UK & ROI.
• Proven ability to manage dealer relationships and drive sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales and market share for tractors with dealers.
• Drive dealer visits, training, and product demonstrations to grow retail contracts.
• Define dealer annual business plans and forecasts with top partners.
• Utilise CRM and marketing programs to support dealer sales targets.
• Allocate marketing funds via order management system according to plans.
• Travel within territory and support dealer activities to maximize share.
