Energy Jobline ZR seeks a Town Planning Director to lead Cardiff/Bristol activities, driving growth across Wales and the South West. Hybrid working with weekly Cardiff visits and strong BD expectations.

You will manage a diverse workload from residential to strategic land projects and mentor the team. Applicants should have UK town planning experience, MRTPI status or eligibility, and a proven ability to win work and manage client relationships.

Competenze

• Significant experience in UK town planning across private consultancy or local authorities.
• MRTPI qualified or eligible to pursue chartered status.
• Strong commercial awareness with a track record of winning work.
• Experience leading projects and managing client relationships.
• Previous team leadership or readiness for a Director-level role.
