Bupa in London is seeking a Group Functions Third Party Risk Management Advisor to strengthen risk management across Group Functions. The role offers hybrid work from Angel Court and involves collaboration with senior stakeholders and governance committees.

You will shape and embed Third Party Risk Management, focusing on non-supplier third parties, and contribute to risk reporting, controls and policy translation for practical operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in risk management or related field with analytical skills to assess risks, controls and business processes.
• Ability to engage stakeholders and influence senior audiences across a complex organisation.
• Excellent communication skills translating policy requirements into practical processes and operating models.

Responsabilités

• Identify and assess non-supplier third parties across Group Functions.
• Build and maintain an inventory of third party relationships and related controls.
• Review practices against Third Party Risk Management standards and provide insights into risk exposure.
• Design and implement processes supporting effective management and oversight of third parties.
• Develop reporting to support decision-making and risk governance.
• Support rollout and embedding of risk management frameworks across Group Functions.
• Create reporting to monitor risks, controls and performance measures.
• Partner with colleagues across BGIUK managing Group Functions Suppliers and Risk, Legal, Procurement, Operational Resilience, Clinical Risk.
• Translate complex risk topics into clear communications for diverse audiences.
• Lead Risk Process Owner for non-supplier third parties and oversee framework governance.
