Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Matrons to strategically lead the Theatre Service.
• Deputise for the Matron in their absence and represent the theatres service.
• Provide joint strategic nursing leadership to ensure safe, effective patient care.
• Maintain safe staffing levels and patient flow across the theatres service.
• Model high standards of care, evidence-based practice, and professional leadership.
• Lead recruitment and retention initiatives for theatres and staff development.
