Qualifications

• 1st level registration; post registration qualification or equivalent experience
• Qualification in teaching and assessing in clinical practice
• Minimum academic achievement of Degree in Nursing

Responsibilities

• Provide visible, professional leadership and day-to-day operational management of the Neonatal Unit
• Lead on clinical governance, patient experience, workforce management and service improvement
• Lead workforce planning, budget oversight and staff development, deputising for the Matron as required
