Heidelberg Materials UK, formerly Hanson UK, is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth in the Abingdon area across aggregates, asphalt and recycling. You will manage key customer relationships, identify opportunities, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver value and service excellence.

The role requires proven field sales experience, strong commercial acumen, and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales and managing customer accounts.
• Ability to identify growth opportunities and close deals.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to plan and manage a sales territory across multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customers and prospects across the Abingdon territory.
• Act as the primary contact for assigned accounts and drive growth.
• Deliver a territory sales strategy to increase market share, volume and revenue.
• Coordinate with operations, logistics, customer service and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Prepare quotations, tenders and commercial proposals as needed.
• Contribute to sales budgets, forecasts, and territory planning.
