Job summary

Loom Talent is partnering with an established global 3PL provider seeking a Bid and Tender Manager in the UK. The role covers end-to-end tender management from qualification through submission and award, developing competitive strategies, and coordinating across commercial, operational and solutions teams.

The package includes a salary of £60,000-£75,000 plus a £5,000 car/allowance, a 10% bonus scheme, 25 days plus 8 bank holidays, pension contributions, private health care and life assurance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading strategic tenders from qualification to award.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into compelling tender responses.
• Collaborative work with commercial, operational and solutions teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic tender opportunities end-to-end.
• Develop bid strategies to outmatch competitors.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and deadlines during the tender process.
• Oversee high-quality written proposals and tender documents.
• Validate pricing, costing and commercial assumptions in submissions.
• Support customer meetings and presentations with proposed solutions.
• Manage multiple tenders simultaneously within timescales.
