Apollo Engineering Consultants seeks a Tender Manager based in Aberdeen. The successful candidate will lead and coordinate the bid management process for various new business opportunities, ensuring high-quality delivery documentation and compliance with client requirements.

Responsibilities include managing the entire tender process, engaging with technical and commercial teams, and ensuring alignment with company objectives. Ideal candidates will have proven experience in an engineering consultancy or EPC environment.

Formación

• Experience in engineering consultancy or EPC industry is essential.
• Strong tender management expertise on medium to large projects is required.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are crucial.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate the bid management process for new business opportunities.
• Accountable for submission of all bids and ensuring compliance with the process.
• Manage deadlines and engage with internal and external stakeholders.

Conocimientos

Experience working in a relevant engineering consultancy/EPC industry

Proven track record in tender management and coordination of medium and large scale projects

Proven communication skills (both written and verbal)

Attention to detail

Time and people management experience
