You will build trusted relationships with Business Unit CIOs and senior stakeholders, shaping demand, roadmaps, and investment decisions to deliver measurable value.

You will lead quarterly reviews, support technology-enabled transformation, and ensure programmes stay aligned with business goals, risks, and change readiness in a hybrid Peterborough

Qualificações

• Experience as Technology Business Partner or similar strategic role.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, including CIOs and executives.
• Strong understanding of business processes and tech value drivers.
• Experience shaping technology demand, portfolios, and roadmaps.
• Commercial acumen with ability to articulate costs and ROI.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience in multi-stakeholder environments with competing priorities.
• Collaborative, resilient, and forward-thinking approach.

Responsabilidades

• Build trusted strategic relationships with CIOs, IT leaders and stakeholders.
• Understand business strategies and investment plans to align tech initiatives.
• Shape, qualify and prioritise technology demand to deliver business outcomes.
• Maintain business tech roadmaps and align with Product Managers.
• Facilitate prioritisation discussions amid constraints.
• Provide commercial insight on technology investment decisions.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and governance across initiatives.
• Support adoption by identifying risks, dependencies and change readiness.
