Job summary

Associated British Foods Business Technology Services (ABF BTS) in Peterborough is seeking a Technology Business Partner to align business priorities with technology capabilities and drive transformation across the organisation. You will collaborate with Group Services and business unit CIOs to shape roadmaps, investments and service strategies that deliver measurable value.

You will build trusted relationships, influence decision-making, and lead change initiatives while ensuring programmes

Qualifications

Experience as Technology Business Partner or IT Business Partner.
Proven credibility with CIOs and business executives.
Strong understanding of business processes and how tech enables outcomes.
Strong commercial acumen with ability to articulate value and costs.

Responsibilities

Build strategic relationships with CIOs, IT leaders and senior stakeholders.
Understand business priorities, risks, investment plans and transformation objectives.
Shape and prioritise technology demand to deliver clear business outcomes.
Align roadmaps and services with business needs through Product Managers.
Facilitate prioritisation discussions with scarce resources and funding constraints.
Provide guidance on technology investment decisions and ROI.
Lead Quarterly Business Reviews for key initiatives and ensure governance.
Support adoption of tech changes by identifying risks and readiness requirements.
