Job summary

ARX is seeking a Technical Programme Manager to oversee complex, regulated programmes across UK, Germany, and Ukraine. You will design and govern the programme infrastructure, aligning engineering disciplines with operational stakeholders to deliver clear commitments and evidence-based sign-off.

You will connect geographically distributed teams, translate inputs into structured requirements, and drive readiness criteria across milestones, releases, and deployments in a high-pressure environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading complex technical programmes in defence, robotics, autonomy, or similarly regulated environments.
Ability to build and implement programme and engineering processes from scratch.
Strong track record delivering mission-critical systems with ownership of scope, schedule, and execution.

Responsibilities

Design and build the programme infrastructure across engineering and operations
Establish a Jira-based operating model with clear workflows and definitions of done
Own deliverable gates and readiness criteria for milestones, releases, deployments
Drive planning, tracking, and execution of exercises and post-event follow-ups
Manage schedules, dependencies, risks, and critical paths across hardware and software workstreams
Translate operational inputs into structured, testable requirements with traceability
Govern feedback and change processes between local integrations and central product teams
