Job summary

ARX Robotics GmbH is seeking a Technical Programme Manager to operate at the intersection of engineering rigour, operational complexity, and process governance. You will design and build the programme infrastructure across engineering and operational stakeholders, ensuring clear accountability and evidence-based sign-off.

You will coordinate geographically distributed teams in the UK, Germany, and Ukraine, translating field reality to the central product organisation in Germany and delivering

Qualifications

Proven experience leading complex technical programmes in defence or robotics.
Ability to translate ambiguous inputs into actionable outputs.
Strong stakeholder management and evidence-based decision making.

Responsibilities

Design and implement programme processes across engineering and operations.
Own deliverable gates and readiness criteria for milestones and releases.
Coordinate across distributed teams in the UK, Germany, and Ukraine.
Translate field reality into clear product priorities for central teams.
