Qualifications
Responsibility for designing and building programme infrastructure across engineering teams.
Experience in defence, robotics, autonomy, or adjacent regulated domain is essential.
Willingness to travel within EU, especially Germany.
Responsibilities
Design and implement programme processes from scratch.
Establish and enforce a Jira-based operating model.
Own and police deliverable gates and define readiness criteria.
Skills
Proven experience leading complex technical programmes
Ability to build programme processes from scratch
Track record of fielding systems in mission-critical environments
Strong working knowledge of Jira
Excellent English
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
