Qualifications

• Responsibility for designing and building programme infrastructure across engineering teams.
• Experience in defence, robotics, autonomy, or adjacent regulated domain is essential.
• Willingness to travel within EU, especially Germany.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement programme processes from scratch.
• Establish and enforce a Jira-based operating model.
• Own and police deliverable gates and define readiness criteria.

Skills

Proven experience leading complex technical programmes

Ability to build programme processes from scratch

Track record of fielding systems in mission-critical environments

Strong working knowledge of Jira

Excellent English

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
