Job summary

STRABAG UK seeks a Technical Controlling professional to combine on-site construction expertise with rigorous financial control. You will monitor costs, revenue and productivity while ensuring data accuracy in iTWO, and act as a bridge between site delivery and the business unit to influence forecasts.

You will continue to develop skills in CPS standards, reporting, and commercial processes, reporting directly into the controlling function.

Qualifications

• HND/Degree qualification in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Competent in MS-Office products.
• Familiarity with cost estimation software, ideally iTWO.

Responsibilities

• Operational Control: monitor costs, revenue, productivity and budgets in real-time.
• Bridge between Project Manager and Business Unit, translating site activity into financial data.
• Forecasting: identify deviations in schedule and cost forecasts.
• Ensure Working Budget and Estimates in iTWO reflect reality.
• Drive continuous improvement by feeding lessons back to Pre-Construction.
