Job summary

TP ICAP Group is seeking a Category Manager for Technology Procurement on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract in Belfast. You will lead strategic sourcing initiatives, define category plans and drive value through supplier governance and cost optimisation.

The role requires experience in Software/SaaS, Infrastructure and Cloud Services, with strong negotiation and stakeholder management across Technology, Finance and Business functions. Hybrid working with international suppliers is possible.

Qualifications

Proven experience in strategic procurement, category management or sourcing.
Experience managing Technology spend categories (Software, SaaS, Infrastructure, Cloud).
Strong commercial negotiation and contract management skills.
Stakeholder management across Technology, Finance and Business functions.
Ability to analyse spend data and market insights to influence decisions.
Excellent communication and ability to present outcomes to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Support development and implementation of long-term Technology category sourcing strategy.
Define category plans delivering value in cost, performance and risk.
Build relationships with technology and business stakeholders and with suppliers.
Lead sourcing processes, tenders, benchmarking and contract award.
Ensure Third Party Risk Management activities are completed timely.
Manage complex negotiations and governance forums with Procurement Office.
