Job summary

Addleshaw Goddard’s national Commercial team in the UK is seeking an experienced Commercial Lawyer to work on IT, technology and outsourcing matters for high‑value clients. You will contribute to complex digital transformation projects and broader commercial arrangements across sectors.

You will advise on IT outsourcing, SaaS and cloud licensing, and technology infrastructure agreements, while leading transactions and developing strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' PQE in commercial/tech law.
• Experience advising on IT outsourcing, SaaS/cloud, software licensing.
• Leadership in transactions and building strong client relationships.
• Familiarity with outsourcing, regulatory issues and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Advise on IT outsourcing, SaaS/cloud and software licensing transactions.
• Lead negotiations and drafting of commercial agreements.
• Provide strategic legal advice and client Relationship management.
• Support and mentor junior lawyers on complex matters.
