Job summary

RGA is a Fortune 200 reinsurance leader focused on life and health solutions. We seek an experienced Technology Architect and Business Partner to strengthen technology capability across the EMEA region, reporting to the Regional CIO.

The role blends business engagement, architecture intake, requirements gathering, solution shaping and hands-on delivery to shape modern data and AI-enabled solutions. You will translate business needs into architecture artefacts, lead discovery and requirements

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Business/Enterprise/Solution Architect in insurance, reinsurance, financial services or regulated environment.
Experience delivering both strategic architecture and hands-on solutions.
Experience in regulated environments.
Strong interest in data, AI, and data-driven transformation.

Responsibilities

Lead EMEA-focused enterprise architecture intake, business analysis and requirements gathering.
Define architecture options, roadmaps and governance inputs; ensure alignment with global standards.
Provide technical leadership to engineering teams and oversee data/AI-enabled solution delivery.
Translate business needs into structured architecture artefacts and measurable outcomes.
