Ankar is building the R&D tools for the AI era and defining what applied research will look like in the next 20 years. We’re expanding our world-class team with alumni from Palantir, Amazon, and BCG to tackle the $1T+ innovation market.

You’ll own the full talent pipeline and end-to-end hiring while building talent communities in a fast-paced, autonomous environment. We operate with high autonomy and ownership; 3 days/week in our Shoreditch office, with hybrid flexibility and a strong focus

Formación

• 5+ years building hiring systems in high-growth environments.
• Experience hiring for technical, commercial, or specialized roles.
• Proven success hiring in ambiguous, zero-to-one contexts.

Responsabilidades

• Build target candidate lists for strategic hires.
• Test and iterate sourcing across LinkedIn, AI tools, and events.
• Outreach passive candidates and build relationships.
• Create talent communities for hard-to-fill roles.
• Own end-to-end hiring for active searches.
• Design assessment frameworks predicting cultural fit.
