Job summary

Insite Energy is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead the end-to-end recruitment, preboarding and development/apprenticeship programmes. You will report to the Head of People and design a strategic talent strategy to grow the business while aligning with culture and values.

Based in Peterborough with a hybrid working pattern (typical 2 days homeworking) and occasional travel to our London office to foster a unified culture across sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ recruitment experience, including 2 years in-house, with evidence of independent end-to-end recruitment.
• Experience managing apprenticeship or graduate programmes, including university or college partnerships.
• Extensive direct sourcing of candidates for niche roles in hybrid workforces.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and GDPR/candidate privacy.
• Proven ability to coach hiring managers and improve recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for 25–30 roles annually across field and office teams.
• Develop sourcing strategies using job boards, social media and referrals.
• Drive employer branding and content for careers sections and LinkedIn.
• Expand apprenticeship and graduate programmes and build partner relationships.
• Oversee preboarding and onboarding content with People team.
• Monitor market trends, benchmark pay, and ensure compliant recruitment practices.
• Provide regular KPI and performance reports to leadership.
• Lead talent projects and develop leadership training for hiring managers.
