Meraki Talent in London is seeking an experienced Strategic Talent Development Partner to lead succession planning, talent reviews, and leadership assessment, shaping organizational capability. You will work with the Talent Director, HR partners and senior leaders to deliver evidence-based talent strategies, develop high-potential pipelines, and drive leadership development programmes.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience within Talent Management, Organisational Development, Leadership Development, or Succession Planning.
  • A proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders in large, complex organisations.
  • Deep expertise in succession planning, talent reviews, leadership assessment, and talent development methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful talent insights and recommendations.
  • Experience producing high-quality papers, presentations, and reports for executive and Board-level audiences.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across multiple business functions.
  • A strong understanding of external talent trends, workforce planning, leadership capability, and future skills agendas.
  • A collaborative, proactive, and delivery-focused approach with a passion for developing future leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Talent Director to deliver executive and critical role succession planning, including preparation for Board and governance reviews.
  • Provide expert insight into market trends, leadership practices, organisational effectiveness, and future workforce requirements.
  • Lead the coordination, analysis, and delivery of C-suite succession planning activity, developing high-quality talent insights and succession recommendations.
  • Build strong collaborative relationships across HR, Reward, Learning, Communications, Recruitment, and Business Leadership teams to ensure alignment of talent priorities across the organisation.
  • Design, coordinate, and evaluate targeted development interventions for succession and diverse talent populations, measuring progress and impact against agreed outcomes.
  • Drive the implementation of actions arising from succession reviews, ensuring successor pipelines are supported by meaningful and robust development plans.
  • Provide specialist expertise in leadership assessment methodologies, supporting the planning, delivery, and interpretation of leadership assessments.
  • Produce executive-level presentations, reports, and briefing materials for senior leaders, Board members, and governance forums.
  • Ensure talent and succession frameworks remain aligned to future workforce, leadership, and capability requirements.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of leadership development programmes and talent practices.

We are seeking an experienced Strategic development Talent Partner to join our Talent team in a high-impact specialist role focused on succession planning, talent reviews, leadership assessment, and talent development.

This is an exciting opportunity for an organisational development and talent expert who thrives in complex environments and is passionate about building leadership capability and organisational effectiveness. Working closely with the Talent Director, HR Business Partners, and senior business leaders, you will play a critical role in delivering strategic talent initiatives while bringing external insight into leadership trends, future skills, workforce planning, and evolving talent practices.

You will combine strong analytical capability with exceptional stakeholder management skills, ensuring talent decisions are informed, evidence-based, and aligned with the organisation's long-term strategic priorities.
