Qualifications

  • Strong experience in recruitment and direct sourcing.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles ensuring a positive experience.
  • Proactively source candidates using digital tools and social platforms.
  • Support redeployment and career development initiatives.
  • Advise hiring managers on market trends and sourcing strategies.
