Baringa, a global consulting firm, is seeking an experienced recruiter to join its London team. You will lead recruitment for various sectors, manage the full lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, and partner with leadership to hire exceptional talent across the business.

This role requires strong sourcing ability, excellent communication, and a collaborative, client-focused approach. The position offers hybrid working with two days in the London office and a competitive salary and benefits

Qualifikationen

• Experienced recruiter, ideally agency and in-house.
• Partner to the business across recruitment stages from sourcing to offer.
• Strong track record of active talent sourcing through various methods.
• Able to juggle multiple requirements across levels and skillsets.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Must commit to 2 days/week in London office.

Aufgaben

• Lead recruitment for additional and replacement roles across sectors, ensuring inclusive, timely, and cost-effective methods.
• Manage full 360 recruitment lifecycle: brief, advertise, headhunt, screen, review with hiring managers, onboarding.
• Strengthen relationships across Baringa to provide recruitment guidance to Leadership Team and stakeholders.
• Advise hiring managers on market approaches and best practices.
• Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual reports with Recruitment Operations.
• Develop understanding of Business Units to target relevant talent pools.
• Ensure exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience at every stage.
• Identify process improvements in recruitment and propose solutions.
• Support Managers and Head of Recruitment with wider team projects.
