Based in Kimberley, you will guide high-priority projects, build networks of top candidates, and deliver talent solutions with a focus on excellence and collaboration within a respected recruitment consultancy.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a strong emphasis on complex or senior searches.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Expertise in utilizing advanced sourcing techniques and recruitment technologies.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong business acumen and strategic approach to talent solutions.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead recruitment for challenging and senior-level roles across industries.
• Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies tailored to client needs.
• Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, including behavioral interviews and skills evaluations.
• Build and maintain a network of passive candidates and industry influencers.
