Islington Council is seeking a proactive Recruitment Advisor to deliver a first-class recruitment service, partner with managers, and drive campaigns and improvements. You will champion digital strategies, use data to inform decisions, and help shape a diverse, inclusive resourcing approach across the organisation.

• Experience delivering recruitment campaigns and providing a first-class service to managers.
• Ability to plan and execute campaigns, support succession planning and drive improvements.
• Strong communication and coaching skills to influence managers and stakeholders.
• Commitment to diversity and inclusion across resourcing decisions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-quality recruitment service aligning with Council aims.
• Plan and execute recruitment campaigns with managers and HR colleagues.
• Support succession planning and drive service improvements in recruitment.
• Lead large-scale recruitment campaigns and address recruitment complaints as needed.
• Embed diversity and inclusion in resourcing solutions and ensure interviewers are trained.
