Job summary

SF Partners in the West Midlands is seeking a Compliance & Sustainability Manager to own the program for quality, health & safety, environmental management and ESG. You will shape systems, standards and processes to support ongoing growth and embed robust compliance across manufacturing, warehousing and office functions.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will drive supplier compliance, carbon reporting and regulatory readiness, partnering with commercial and operations teams to enable tenders,

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or industrial compliance.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and internal auditing.
• Experience with environmental legislation, sustainability reporting and ESG.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ISO 9001 Quality Management System and certification.
• Develop ISO 14001 environmental management standards and reporting.
• Lead CSR/ESG compliance and supplier ethics across the network.
• Enhance health & safety standards across manufacturing, warehouse, yard and office.
