Job summary

Kyriba is seeking a Senior Support Account Manager for the UK/EMEA region. Based in Staines (hybrid), you will own end-to-end delivery of premium support services for strategic customers and lead executive reviews.

You'll manage high-stakes relationships, drive onboarding, monitor service quality, and coordinate cross-functional teams to mitigate risks and grow value. Travel to UK/EMEA sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Accounting, CS or related field.
• 5–8+ years in client-facing roles such as Strategic Account Management or SaaS support.
• Knowledge of treasury/financial operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships for large, strategic UK/EMEA customers as senior contact.
• Own end-to-end delivery of Gold, APEX, Premium and Platinum support services.
• Lead onboarding, service activation and initial review meetings.
• Lead monthly/bi-monthly executive meetings with KPI reporting and action tracking.
• Escalation owner for strategic customers, coordinate internal responses.
