Job summary

You will collaborate with demand forecasting, procurement and production to align plans with business goals and stay ahead of risks in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience leading supply planning teams.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and production planning.

Responsibilities

• Own OTIF (On Time In Full) delivery through robust PDCA cycles.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the supply planning team.
• Develop and execute supply planning strategies to optimise service and cost.
• Lead a team with mentoring and collaboration.
• Collaborate with demand forecasting to translate demand into plans.
• Monitor production schedules and capacity constraints.
• Coordinate with procurement for materials availability.
• Implement best practices for planning processes and systems.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with production, logistics and sales.
• Anticipate and mitigate supply chain risks and disruptions.
• Present supply planning insights to senior management.
• Stay updated on industry trends to improve practices.
