Job summary

Rolls-Royce SMR is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Integration Specialist to ensure supplier plans align with programme requirements. Based in the UK with hybrid working from Derby, Manchester or Warrington, you will report to the Senior Supply Chain Development Manager and help optimise supplier planning, forecasting and capacity management.

The role requires expertise in Production Planning, SIOP, Capacity Planning and Inventory Management, plus experience with MRP/ERP systems to support

Qualifications

• Experience in Production Planning ensuring efficient scheduling and alignment of resources to meet customer demand and delivery requirements.
• Strong understanding of Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) processes, balancing demand, supply, and business objectives.
• Proven experience in Capacity Planning, identifying constraints and implementing solutions to support operational performance and growth.
• Knowledge of Inventory Management principles, maintaining optimum stock levels while minimising excess inventory and supply risks.
• Experience using MRP/ERP Systems to support planning, material availability, inventory control, and supply chain decision-making.
