Job summary

Freight Personnel is seeking a Supply Chain Solutions Business Partner capable of bringing shipper-side supply chain depth into commercial activities. The role focuses on value diagnostics, solution design, cost modelling for major opportunities and ensuring solution integrity through mobilisation.

You will own the operating model, costings and supplier options, and work with Finance to validate assumptions. Strong facilitation and strategic thinking are essential.

Qualifications

• Substantial shipper-side supply chain experience.
• Experience in sourcing and negotiating with logistics providers.
• End-to-end supply chain mapping and future-state design.
• Proven ability to facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to build and defend cost models.

Responsibilities

• Lead value diagnostics and advisory workshops with the KAM.
• Scope new supplier requirements, qualify partners, and support negotiations.
• Own operating solution and cost model for significant bids; document assumptions.
• Support mobilisation to ensure the solution is built as sold and maintain governance.
• Maintain decision records, drive process improvements and capture learnings.
