Qualifications

• Supply Chain Project Management experience within FMCG essential.
• Experience of business changes and governance processes.
• Experience of product changes and/or insourcing.
• NPD or Innovation experience highly desirable.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and proactive approach to ensure delivery timelines are met.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery milestones and governance for assigned projects, with detailed plans and baseline tracking.
• Maintain accurate project documentation (RAID logs, governance docs, status reports) and ensure access for stakeholders.
• Facilitate governance routines and reporting by coordinating inputs for stage gates and dashboards.
• Track risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate and mitigate with project leads and sponsors.
• Drive compliance with stage gate processes and support teams in governance requirements and tools.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to keep stakeholders aligned on deliverables and timelines.
• Provide structure and discipline to delivery while respecting scope, ownership, and direction.
• Flex across multiple programmes as priorities shift and support strategic initiatives.
