  • Run steering meetings with project and leadership teams, providing clear status updates and escalation where required
  • Manage the full project timeline, critical path, risks, dependencies, and mitigations
  • Partner closely with Commercial, Product, Operations, IT, and Logistics
  • Work with Finance to track actuals vs plan/budget
  • Drive continuous improvement, simplifying processes, automating reporting, and embedding a data‑driven culture
  • Hold teams accountable for actions, timelines, and delivery milestones

  • Proven experience in planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, challenge, and engage senior stakeholders
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budget and resource control
  • Solid understanding of Supply Chain principles - inventory, logistics, operations
  • Working knowledge of ERP/MES systems
  • Excellent communication skills with cultural awareness across EMEA stakeholders
  • Strong data analytical mindset and comfort with multiple data sources and tools
  • Fluent English; additional languages highly beneficial
