Job summary

Ad Warrior Ltd is seeking a Supply Chain & Procurement Planner to join the site-based team near Skegness. You will manage purchasing, stock control, production planning and overall supply chain operations to ensure materials are available at the right time and cost.

You will work closely with suppliers and internal teams, driving continuous improvements, KPIs, and cost-saving initiatives while balancing competing priorities in a hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain coordination, inventory management or production planning.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Confidence working with suppliers, negotiating costs and resolving supply issues.
• A good understanding of stock control, forecasting and material requirements.
• Strong IT skills and experience using CRM or inventory management systems.
• An analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail, accuracy and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across a business

Responsibilities

• Procurement and supplier management: manage purchasing activities, negotiate with suppliers, monitor performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Stock and inventory control: maintain optimum stock levels, monitor demand and keep accurate records while minimising shortages and waste.
• Production planning: coordinate material availability against production schedules and adapt plans as needed.
• Supply chain and logistics: oversee movement of materials and finished goods with suppliers, warehouses and 3PLs.
• Systems and data management: maintain BOMs, product codes and inventory data across business systems.
• Continuous improvement: monitor KPIs, tackle operational challenges and drive efficiency gains.
• Cross-functional collaboration: work with Production, Stores, Finance and others to keep operations running smoothly.
