Job summary

Pilgrim's Europe is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to support end-to-end planning across demand, supply, inventory and service. You will analyse data, provide insights and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver a balanced business plan.

You will work in the Central Planning team, develop reporting and scenario modelling, and maintain planning data and forecasting assumptions to drive improvements in planning performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, production planning or operations planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience within S&OP or integrated planning environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills; planning systems experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support short, medium and long-term integrated planning activities.
• Analyse demand, capacity, inventory and supply performance.
• Develop reporting, insights and scenario modelling to support decision-making.
• Maintain planning data, systems and forecasting assumptions.
• Work closely with Operations, Demand Planning, Procurement and Agriculture teams.
• Support continuous improvement in planning performance, service and data quality.
