Job summary

Carbon ThreeSixty Ltd. is seeking a Supply Chain and Office Coordinator at its Chippenham site to manage procurement, logistics, and inventory for high-value, low-volume to high-rate production.

You will ensure material availability, maintain data integrity, and support rapid scaling toward a £50m growth target in a technical engineering environment. Responsibilities include PO processing, order expediting, supplier communication, and stock control, with data reporting to the Operations

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in admin, logistics or supply chain support role.
• Familiarity with high-value, rapidly scaling manufacturing environments.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems to maintain master data.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day procurement, logistics and inventory control.
• Manage end-to-end PO processing for raw materials and outsourced services.
• Expedite open orders and communicate risks to stakeholders via Slack/email.
• Maintain inventory master data accuracy in ERP/MRP and weekly stock takes.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and prepare shipping documents.
