Rolls-Royce in Derby is seeking a Supply Chain Strategy Manager to lead defined strategy outputs and projects that shape the Procurement & Supply Chain plan across the end-to-end network.

You will translate business and future-programme requirements into clear strategic direction, guardrails, and choices, working with Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement and Programmes teams to maintain momentum in early phases.

Qualifications

• Experience leading defined strategy development in a complex industrial environment.
• Strong analytical and commercial judgement with ability to assess value and trade-offs.
• Proven track record building internal and external relationships and delivering through ambiguity.
• Clear communication and judgement to translate direction into work and recommendations.

Responsabilités

• Lead defined strategy outputs and guardrails to progress the P&SC strategic plan and assigned supply-chain strategies.
• Develop programme, country and ecosystem strategies translating requirements into clear strategic choices.
• Lead assigned strategic projects, defining scope, priorities, dependencies and recommendations.
• Shape manufacturing capability and footprint choices, evaluate make-versus-buy and partner options against outcomes.
• Develop strategic partnerships, defining purpose, value, risks and operating principles.
• Maintain competitive benchmarking and market insight to improve strategic options and priorities.
• Align cross-functional contributors across Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Programmes and Aftermarket.
