Job summary

The Civil Works Alliance (CWA) is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to shape the SCM strategy for Sizewell C, delivering data-driven insights and performance management across the supply base. You will lead relationships with supply partners and collaborate with procurement teams to align strategies, drive process improvements, and support sustainable, cost-effective delivery.

This role focuses on developing dashboards, reporting against targets, and enabling value through improved supply chain

Qualifications

• Experience in developing supply chain strategy and governance.
• Ability to manage change and drive process improvement.
• Understanding of P2P and S2C processes and related controls.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Proven risk and opportunity management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support development of the Supply Chain Management Strategy.
• Develop guidance and deliver support activity for SCM.
• Lead and manage relationship meetings with key supply partners.
• Maintain robust reporting on SCM benefits and performance.
• Measure and report performance against targets.
• Develop a dashboard with KPIs, milestones and risks.
• Collaborate with IT to optimise P2C/S2C requirements.
• Enable safety, quality, delivery and cost improvements through the SCM.
