EDF, Sizewell C and Civil Works Alliance (CWA) invite applications for a Procurement Manager to lead procurement strategy development and delivery for the Sizewell C project. You will engage with the supply chain to secure best value while ensuring compliance with governance and nuclear regulations.

The role requires construction procurement experience, leadership, and the ability to drive robust tendering, market analysis, and risk management.

Responsabilités

• Implement procurement strategy as directed by senior management.
• Deliver project procurement objectives and requirements.
• Support tendering, market analysis, supplier selection and risk assessments.
• Provide market intelligence, cost advice and supply chain performance feedback.
• Lead and develop procurement professionals including training and recruitment.
• Ensure procurement of subcontractors, materials, plant and services aligns with strategy.
• Maintain ethical, compliant procurement practices in line with governance and nuclear regulations.
• Develop project supplier database linked to Compete For and track engagement success.
• Monitor markets and propose alternative strategies to maximise opportunities or minimise risk.
• Provide management information and reports as required.
• Manage supply chain performance across the project lifecycle.
• Foster strong relationships with suppliers and SMEs to deliver best value.
• Support local, diverse and SME engagement and Meet the Buyer events.
