Job summary

TJX Europe is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Supply Chain Analytics team. You will own and define business requirements for BI, data analysis, and automation, partnering with operations to prioritise delivery and ensure measurable value in our logistics operations.

You will lead backlog management, plan projects, and champion BI tool adoption while collaborating with IT and analytics colleagues to evolve the analytics roadmap. This is a full-time role based in Watford.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead business requirements for BI, data analysis, and automation projects.
• Partner with operational stakeholders to understand challenges and priorities.
• Build, maintain, and manage a backlog aligned to objectives.
• Define project plans with risks, timelines, and success measures.
• Lead and participate in Agile planning and delivery routines.
• Identify and manage risks and dependencies effectively.
• Support testing, implementation, and project delivery.
• Champion rollout, adoption and continued BI tool usage.
• Collaborate with Analytics Manager to evolve the analytics roadmap.
• Drive sprint goals and backlog prioritisation with the team.
• Utilise Agile tools to support delivery.
• Deliver ad hoc analyses and insights for the business.
• Work with Supply Chain IT to ensure value from tech investments.
