Job summary

TJX Europe in Watford seeks a Business Analyst to shape analytics, reporting, automation, and BI solutions for our Supply Chain Analytics team. You will work with Logistics, Supply Chain IT, and Analytics colleagues to define requirements, prioritise work, and deliver value through analytics projects.

You'll bridge business and technical teams, own backlog items, and drive agile delivery while championing the adoption of BI tools and data insights across the operation.

• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements.
• Experience delivering BI, data analysis, or automation projects.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead business requirements for BI, data analysis, and automation projects.
• Partner with operational stakeholders to understand challenges and priorities.
• Build and manage a backlog aligned to business objectives.
• Define project plans with risks, dependencies, and timelines.
• Lead Agile delivery activities and sprint planning.
• Ensure risks and dependencies are identified and mitigated.
• Support testing, implementation, and successful delivery.
• Champion rollout and ongoing use of BI tools and analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with IT to ensure technology investments deliver value.
• Contribute to evolving the Supply Chain Analytics roadmap.
