You will dive into data, earn trust of partner teams, and deliver results that influence end-to-end supply chain performance. The role blends short-term execution with long-term planning, requiring quick decisions with incomplete data while thinking big to guide network direction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or a related field.
• Experience in supply chain program, project, or automation related product management, or leading an implementation of a product.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience in SQL Server/MySQL.
• Experience using managed ML/AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Make sound business judgments to drive both tactical as well as strategic improvements.
• Own programmatic execution and the detailed and strategic levels.
• Identify, prioritize, and implement processes to eliminate defects in the supply chain.
• Create, develop, and drive solutions that lead to a richer end to end customer experience.
• Successfully operate and influence in a cross-functional capacity.
• Provide analytical deep dives and models to better guide network execution and strategy.
