TJX Europe is seeking a Logistics Contact Centre Team Leader to lead a team of Analysts delivering query management, admin support and process-driven logistics activity. You will ensure service levels are met and improvements are implemented to support the wider Logistics function.

You will partner with Logistics teams, 3PLs, and key stakeholders to drive priorities and performance. Travel to EU offices is required as part of the role.

Qualificações

• Experience leading or supervising a team in a Logistics or Supply Chain setting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or NICE is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of Analysts to deliver effective query management and admin support.
• Coordinate daily workflow to meet service levels and objectives.
• Partner with 3PLs, Customs and Compliance teams and other stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvements and support logistics priorities.
• Travel to EU offices as required.
