Job summary

Bombardier’s London Service Centre in Biggin Hill seeks a Supplier Performance Agent with 10+ years of experience and fluent English to lead supplier improvements. The role requires heavy travel and close collaboration with Procurement, Quality, and Operations to optimize quality, delivery, and capacity across supplier networks.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, develop supplier development plans, and manage action closures while upholding Bombardier’s standards and ethics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Operations management.
• Minimum of ten (10) years experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.
• Strong manufacturing and production knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead visits at key supplier sites to analyze performance issues and coordinate improvement strategies.
• Expedite critical parts at suppliers to clear roadblocks and ensure no production disruption.
• Work with suppliers to establish back-to PO plans and daily follow-ups.
• Align with internal stakeholders to define supplier intervention mandates and ensure handover.
