Qualifications

• Experience in Fleet Management or the Commercial Vehicle/Automotive sector is a distinct advantage.
• Can-do attitude and enjoyment of troubleshooting.
• Comfortable with phone and email communication.

Responsibilities

• Control and review maintenance costs in line with warranty periods.
• Build and enhance supplier relationships through communication.
• Collate non-contract costs with customers and suppliers.

Skills

HGV Technical Qualification, Level 3 or above

Outstanding customer service

Technical Automotive/Commercial Vehicle background

Exceptional communication skills

High level of IT literacy
