Job summary

A leading automotive services provider in Devizes is looking for a Supplier Operations Engineer to join their team. The role involves managing maintenance costs, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring outstanding customer service. Applicants should ideally possess an HGV Technical Qualification and experience in Fleet Management or the Automotive sector. This position offers a base salary of £36,500 - £38,750, plus bonuses and a range of employee benefits including a pension and generous holiday entitlement.

Qualifications

• HGV Technical Qualification, Level 3 or higher is preferred.
• Experience in Fleet Management or Automotive sector is advantageous.
• Background in Technical Automotive or as a hands-on Technician is beneficial.
• Track record of excellent customer service is essential.
• Ability to troubleshoot and communicate effectively is required.
• IT literate and comfortable with phone/email communication.
• Must be organised and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Control and review maintenance costs associated with warranties and repairs.
• Maintain supplier relationships through communication and technical reviews.
• Collate non-contract costs with customer and supplier collaboration.
